Terms for Shipping & Receiving

We are happy to announce that we
will be shipping, pending weather,
beginning in
Spring 2010.

Please review ALL of these terms in full;
by sending us funds to purchase one or
more of our geckos, you are implicitly and
inherently agreeing to the terms below.

*We guarantee live, healthy arrival of our geckos.
*If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your new geckos, we
require notification in writing via email within 48 hours.
*We will not ship geckos that are not feeding well or are currently
in shed.
*We will not ship if temperature at either the shipping or delivery
sites is below 48, or above 92 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat packs will be
included for temperatures under 68 degrees Fahrenheit, and cold
packs for temperatures above 88 degrees Fahrenheit.
*We can only ship to the 48 continental United States. It is your
responsibility to make sure there are no local laws prohibiting
reptiles as pets.
*All orders must be paid in full, including shipping fees, before
geckos  are shipped.
*Payments are accepted through PayPal or money order only.
*Shipping is done overnight via UPS. A responsible party MUST BE
PRESENT to sign for any shipment we send. These shipments will
typically arrive between 10:00 am and 12:00 noon. We require
immediate notification if your shipment has not arrived by 1:00 pm.
*Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
*A 25% deposit is required to hold an animal. Deposit is
non-refundable. Completion of payment should be within a
reasonable timeframe; preferrably no more than 4-6 weeks.
*
Unless other arrangements are made, if payment is not made in
full within
2-4 weeks, all payments and holds on the animal(s)
will be forfeited
. Please be sure to contact us if you need further
arrangements or more time.
(The worst we can say is no, and we are
generally willing to work with people.)
*Refunds and/or replacements are
solely at our discretion, as is the
arrangement of "store credit" for forfeited funds.
*Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and
must be returned overnight in the manner they were originally
shipped.
*We reserve the right to refuse service/sales to anyone for any reason
if we feel it is in the best interest of our animals.
